Lovely cottage, cosy and warm. We had some nice days out, visited Holt, Sandringham and Wells. Would reccommend the Dun Cow and The Three Horse Shoes (Holt) where we had a delicious meal.

Such a pretty coltage. Everything we needed for a mid-week break. So warm and comty! A few issues with flies - but dealt with very quickly by the very helpful owner. Lovely quiet village. Cottage of my dreams!

We certainly have enjoyed our few days in Peony Cottage and Norfolk, despite the high winds on Monday, although we managed a walk at Blakeney without being blown away. Unfortunately Sandringham House was closed due to the wind, which we had hoped to visit while we were here. However, we visited Holkam Hall, what a magnificent place and well worth a visit. A very comfortable and beautiful coltage, a delight to have stayed in.

Thank you for a lovely break in the cottage. It was lovely a clean on arrival and the beds were comfy. We had days out at West Runthon, Cromer, Wells, Sandringham and Brancaster. Lovely meals at Wells Crab House and The Crown Inn. Weather was mixed but it didn't ruin our break.

A very lovely few days away in your gorgeous cottage. Norfolk is new to us, so we have enjoyed looking around this area. The village is beautiful & lovely walks with our two dogs on the doorstep. The wildlife is abundant and the birds in the garden have been a joy to watch. We've eaten at The Crown Inn, The Dabbling Duck & Sculthorpe Mill - Sculthorpe Mill being our fave! We loved Cromer pier and a stroll around the old town. Burnham market was great, really lovely village. We hope to visit again.

We had a great time in this Lovely cottage. Plenty of space for us and our 2 Labs. Beautiful walks around the surrounding area. Lucky to have fab weather too! Cottage has everything you need. During our tine here we visited The Crown Inn, Rudham. Great food. Worth a visit! Wells is a lovely place to visit with dogs, however if you have reactive dogs it does get quite busy with most other dogs being off lead. Found a beautiful beach to visit in Old Hunstanton next to the Manners Pub (pub also lovely with great views). If you like burgers the Fat Cow burger place has the most amazing burgers. Set in a lovely meadow. Sandringham Estate is also a beautiful day out. Thanks for a lovely holiday.

We had a great week in your beautiful cottage. The weather was glorious which is always a bonus! We visited various places on our stay. Sculthorpe Mill - such a beautiful place, our dog loved it swimming in the river there. Wells-next-the-Sea, a lovely harbour, walks near to the cottage with a plethora of wildlife & nature to see. Paid a visit to the coast at Heacham, the 100 year old windmill at Bircham is worth a visit too. Food: we really enjoyed The Crown in Rudham, we ate quite a few times there, really nice food and friendly staff. The Dabbling Duck in Great Massingham, lovely location. So many lovely places to visit and all within a few miles ... Thanks again.

Thank you for a wonderfully beautiful house you have created for comfort & needs for enjoying this beautiful countryside & coast of Norfolk. Many places 8-10 mins away & coast only 25 mins. We’ve visited for meals: Sculthorpe Mill - ‘beautiful gardens’; The Dabbling Duck, Gt Massingham - ‘beautiful village & ponds too to walk round’. A trip to Castle Acre & walk along the river & dip for our Labrador, MeekaWe also visited Felbrigg Hall & Gardens as the weather has been great all weak & full  of sunshine every day. We’ve been on the beach at Wells-next-the-Sea & fish & chips enjoyed too! Yet we have relaxed too in this quiet village. Thanks again, we’d recommend for sure.

We have had a lovely stay here in Peony Cottage, exploring this part of Norfolk. The weather has been surprisingly nice, so we enjoyed time relaxing in the garden in the sun. The cottage had everything we needed for an easy week away. We especially enjoyed taking our dog on the Wells & Walsingham Light Railway! Along with walks at Sandringham, Holt County Park and Brancaster beach.

Thank you so much for our lovely week in your beautiful cottage. Perfect location for all our days out as a family. Our son who is five particulary enjoyed visiting Roar, Dinosaur Park and all the different Halloween activities at Pensthorpe and Holkham Hall. The weather was perfect considering it was October half term and the only wet day we did have we visited the swimming pool in Hunstanton. We will definitely be back! Many thanks

Peony Cottage was situated in a quiet village 4 miles outside Fakenham. The location made it ideal as a central hub to reach inland and coastal resorts in West Norfolk. The cottage was beautifully presented and spotless. The rooms were furnished well - with two lovely comfy huge beds. The owners had left a much-appreciated welcome pack.

Firstly what a beautiful cottage you have. We booked this last minute as our motorhome holiday did not work out, so you’re both lifesavers. When we walked in we felt a warm welcome. It is a stunning cottage. Immaculately furnished and beautiful touches. The village is great also. Our dog, Tripp, loved it. So quiet and with a great dog walk around the farmers field at end of the village. Everything we needed way only a 8-10 minute drive away. Once again a massive thank you, and we will certainly recommend your cottage.

Thanks for a super time in your lovely house. We were very impressed with the lovely welcome of wine, milk, tea, coffee, chocolates, loo roll and every needed item and utensil in the house. The property has a charming, modern yet old feel to it. The area is quiet and beautiful. We enjoyed days out in Cromer, Sheringham, Hunstanton on the beach and Fakenham, browsing and seeing the countryside. In the evening we relaxed with a log fire and at night we loved the king sized bed. We would recommend this property. Complements to your cleaner as it was spotless. We hope many other people will enjoy it in the future.

Thanks for a lovely, restful two weeks in this beautiful cottage. The weather has been very hit and miss but we’ve found some great walks through pretty countryside quite near. The coast is not far too. The cottage is perfect. Clean and extremely comfortable. We have enjoyed this necessary holiday. Thanks for the wine, milk and biscuits too. It is so quiet here with lovely birdsong. Enjoyed sitting in the fantastic little enclosed garden too.
